* GVTC Outdoor Wi-Fi/Internet Disclaimer: GVTC makes no guarantees about Wi-Fi speeds and coverage service delivered with a GVTC provided device or a customer purchased device. In order to maintain your Internet connection, GVTC requires our Premium router to be connected (equipment lease required). Service performance may be affected by your proximity to the device, the number of other users/devices connected, the composition of the home/office where the device is located (wood, concrete, etc.), radio frequency interference, the capabilities or age of your laptop, tablet, Smart TV or video streaming device, or other Wi-Fi capable device, and the applications you use. The customer/business will not redistribute or retransmit GVTC services without prior written consent from GVTC Communications. Outdoor WiFi requires a dedicated power source (standard 110v electrical outlet OR Power Over Ethernet (POE) connection to the GVTC Premium WiFi router) in order to function properly. GVTC’s Premium Wi-Fi service is designed to provide customers with the highest speed available from the network at any given point in time, subject to the many different factors discussed above that can affect network performance. Broadband speeds are “up to” speeds which may vary due to technology in service area and other factors. In order to receive GVTC Premium WiFi, customers must be subscribed to GVTC Fiber Internet. Extended WiFi coverage range is an approximate range, and may vary due to factors outside of GVTCs control. Installation charges may apply.
