Storm FAQ
During severe weather conditions, it may take additional time to restore your service. Delays may be caused by technical issues in our system or due to:
- No power at your residence.
- Downed power lines or trees in the vicinity.
- Blocked roads and unplowed or flooded streets.
- Other dangerous situations that prevent our technicians from working safely.
As soon as we determine that conditions aren't hazardous to our technicians, we'll work to restore your services.
Restoration Efforts
During an emergency event, employee safety is our top priority. As the storm clears and it's deemed safe for our technicians to return to normal operations, damage will be assessed and repairs will be made as quickly as possible. Line crews and mutual aid providers are placed on standby as needed.
Priority will be given to public facilities such as hospitals and nursing homes.
